WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Bring yoga matt, comfortable clothing, and a blanket for meditating.

COST: $75.00 a session, 5 for $350.00. All levels welcomed!

TIME: Sessions typically last 1 hour and a half, then we have tea time.

REIKI: $100 per session
